- Supervised production staff during San Jose Sharks (NHL) San Jose Barracuda (AHL) games, 2017 Men's Basketball Regional Finals (Sweet Sixteen), US Figure Skating National Championships and various In-Arena Eevnts.
- Worked with Chyron Graphics System, EVS Replay, PESA and BlackMagic Routers, Grass Valley Kayak Switcher and Cameras, Daktronics Show Control and Cisco Stadium Vision
- Integrated Cisco Stadium Vision and existing marketing and sales initiatives for more than 650 displays throughout SAP Center and satellite facilities
- Built consolidated playlists and scripts for sales structure of new concourse LED signage and in area signage
- Work with Vice President of Building Operations and Director of Technical Services to shape capital improvement plans for control room upgrades and integration with existing arena control systems
- Scheduled and processed payroll for 50 part time and five full time department members
- Designed and implemented emergency replacement of control room router, multi-viewer and archival system
- Oversaw Center-Hung Video Board rework and cabling upgrade prior to 2017-18 season
