- Began working for Fridley Theatres as Video Store Clerk and Concessions Worker – Promoted to Projection Manager(2003), Part Time Assistant Manager(2004), Full-Time Assistant Manager(2005) and then General Manager in April of 2006
- Responsible for maintaining good employment practices through hiring and discipline of employees
- Managed a Staff of 18-30; including janitorial and maintenance personnel
- Conducted inventory control for concessions and janitorial supplies on a weekly basis
- Completed nightly and weekly finance reports totaling, in excess of $1 million annually
- Balanced accounts receivable and select accounts payable
- Responsible for scheduling special showings for public and private groups
- Implemented recurring private shows totaling between $75,000-100,000 annually
- Increased holiday gift certificate sales by 33% and merchant shows by 25%
